Wine Review: This vivid light gold colored Chardonnay opens with aromas of nectarine, baked peach and just a hint of warm butterscotch. The flavor profile presents with lemon verbena, white tea and jackfruit. On the palate, the wine is smooth and balanced, slightly favoring its judiciously used acidity. The finish is off-dry and closes with tart peach and lemon balm flavors. This good value Chard paired very well with several dishes of Thai cuisine. – Jeoff

Winemaker Notes: This Chardonnay opens with notes of green mango, melon and white flowers which are complemented by smoky mineral notes on the palate. The finish is crisp and refreshing. Pairs well with seafood, especially fresh crab or lemon and herb crusted halibut.
