Wine Review: This pale gold-colored Chardonnay opens with a gentle oak and ripe pineapple bouquet with hints of a warm brioche roll, lemon , and banana. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and viscous. The flavor profile is a pear and mango blend with notes of oak, pineapple, and vanilla. We also detected hints of pie crust, lime, and integrated stony minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely.
