Wine Review: This pinkish coral colored wine opens with an apricot, white grapefruit and Italian lemon cookie bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty tangerine, peach and mild mineral blend. I also detected hints of strawberry-watermelon. The finish is pleasantly refreshing. This Rose would pair well with Nova Scotia steamed mussels. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2018 Rose leads with strawberries, banana, melon, and kiwi, with rose petal accents and a minerality like a fresh ocean breeze. The strawberry-banana cream pie theme continues in the mouth, supported by notes of watermelon, cranberry, and lemon zest. The fresh finish lingers with pomegranate and a final caress of rose petals. This is a wine that goes down easy, so you’ll likely find yourself quaffing it regularly on its own, but it’s also wonderful with a roast beet salad and fish tacos.
