Wine Review: This pale straw-colored opens with a vanilla custard, green apple, and lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a chalky mineral influenced and crème brulee blend with notes of Anjou pear and hints of clover honey. The finish is dry, and its flavors fade away nicely. Winemaker Notes: Our Rued Chardonnay opens with classic lychee and tangerine aromatics that are framed by pretty gardenia, Asian pear, and a little nutty brioche.
