Wine Review: This clear and light red colored Pinot Noir from Dutton Goldfield opens with a shy maraschino cherry and green olive bouquet with hints of blueberry, violets, and cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, silky smooth, and delicate. The flavor profile is a slightly tart black plum and oolong tea blend with notes of nutmeg and black cherry. We also detected hints of marionberry and anise. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and fine tannins fade away nicely. We would pair this Pinot Noir with veal medallions with a cherry sauce or veal milanese. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Leading aromas of dark cherry and fruit compote are layered with baking spices and subtle herbal notes of thyme. On the palate, dried strawberry and dark cherry unfold with a supple, integrated texture, framed by fine-grained tannins that feel polished and complete rather than assertive. The finish is savory and balanced, carrying gentle spice and herb tones that linger. This vintage pairs naturally with savory dishes like stuffed mushrooms, bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin, or roasted duck, and shines alongside aged cheeses such as cheddar or Asiago.
