Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Chard opens with an attractive light tropical fruit like bouquet with a hint of light oak picked up as well. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, creamy, and very nicely balanced. The flavor profile is crème brulee with notes of tropical fruit and apple. The finish is dry and subtle. Our mini group enjoyed this Chard and would pair it with a nice thick broiled halibut. Cheers - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The pale golden straw clarity of this wine guides us to notes of pear nectar and mineral including a wet stone character. The lush mouth feel shows a balance of stone fruit with creamy texture & a long finish.
