Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark purple colored Petite Sirah opens with a very fragrant and ripe blackberry jam bouquet with hints of tobacco and earth. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and very juicy. The flavor profile is an extracted blackberry with notes of blueberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins drift away nicely. The panel suggested pairing this Petite Sirah with Peking duck. Enjoy - KWGTP
