Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Petite Sirah from EOS is very good. It opens with a plum and an earthy black tea like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a stewed plum and cinnamon blend with notes of oak. We also detected hints of cherry-cola. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Petite Sirah with beef stew. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This 2015 Petite Sirah is a succulent, wonderfully balanced wine. Powerful aromas of blackberry, currant and plum lead into a mouth of cherries, dark unsweetened chocolate, leather, coffee and violets. This is a very food-friendly wine, and would pair nicely with grilled hamburger, roasted pork tacos, and beef ragu.
