Wine Review: This is a light and dry rose that is a light salmon color, with a delicate bouquet of apple and floral notes. It is a simple, light bodied Rose with crisp acidity that is light on the fruit. Flavors of grapefruit, strawberry and minerality. The finish is clean and moderate in length. Serve up some garlic steamed mussels with this bottle. Mark.

Winemaker Notes: Our Edna Valley Vineyard Rose offers delectable aromas of strawberry and raspberry with a hint of spice and citrus. This refreshing wine delights with a delicate salmon-pink hue that alludes to the juicy red fruit flavors and soft, rich texture. A vibrant acidity and silky mouthfeel culminate in a clean, mouthwatering finish that will linger on the palate.
