Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with a faint black cherry and cinnamon bouquet with hints of vanilla and fig bar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, juicy and a bit savory. The flavor profile is an oak influenced black plum with notes of minerality and cinnamon with hints of black cherry, vanilla, and Christmas spice. The finish is dry and its moderate grippy tannins stick around for quite some time. The Panel suggested pairing this bolder styled Pinot beef braciole or grilled lamb lollipops. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Deep and brooding with aromas of dark chocolate and ripe Italian plum, its dusty tannins lend structure to lush black currant and blackberry compote flavors. Finishes earthy with dried fig, black tea and pinesap.
