Wine Review: This Unbelievably good gold colored "Ice Wine" from Eroica comes in an attractive frosty 375 ml bottle and opens with a fragrant apricot and lemon curd bouquet with a hint of clover honey. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, silky and super smooth. The flavor profile is a delicious apricot and pineapple blend with notes of honey and ripe lychee. The finish remains pleasantly sweet and lingers for a while. Two other words that come to mind when drinking this fantastic wine are opulent and voluptuous. That said, this “Ice Wine” is a dessert all by itself. Sip it with someone very special. Enjoy! – Ken
