Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a fragrant lime and nectarine pit bouquet with hints of pink grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with pleasant acidity. It is also off-dry and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a lime and mild pink grapefruit blend with notes of ginger and gentle minerality. I also detected hints of white pepper and nectarine pit. The finish remains off-dry and drifts away nicely. This Riesling is seafood friendly and would pair very nicely with grilled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
