Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a lime, grapefruit, and green apple bouquet with hints of honeysuckle and bread dough. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. It is bright and juicy. The flavor profile is a lime, yellow grapefruit, and white pepper blend with notes of nectarine pit. We also detected hints of green tea and white peach. The finish is off-dry and shows nice length. The Panel would pair this Riesling with grilled swordfish, pork roast, or picnic fried chicken.
