Wine Review: This dark ruby colored red blend from Portugal opens with a faint black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a blend of mild black cherry and black raspberry with notes of integrated black pepper and old oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are sticky and linger for quite a long time. This wine would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Colour: Lively deep red purple colour. Aroma: Predominately red berries aromas associated with Aragones. Palate: Full body palate from Syrah with attractive texture from Alicante and great balance from Petit Verdot.
