Wine Review: This dark coral colored wine from Etude is an elegant offering. It opens with a pleasant mild strawberry and gentle watermelon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and a little mouthwatering. The flavor profile leads with some gentle minerality enhanced by mild watermelon flavors. I also detected some hints of honeydew melon and Maraschino cherry arriving late. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. I would pair this Rose with steamed Nova Scotia mussels. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A lovely rose gold trending toward salmon hue is distinctive in the glass, leading to aromas of fresh cut strawberry, white peaches and pleasant floral aromas of tree blossoms. Flavors are similar, adding blood orange, watermelon, nectarine and cherry. Vibrant and lifted acidity, some minerality and a lingering, quenching mouthfeel.
