Wine Review: This ebony colored with a purple rim Cabernet Sauvignon opens with cigar box, boysenberry, and black cherry-cola bouquet with hints of black olive. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with nicely integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, balanced, and soft. The flavor profile is cedar and red plum blend with notes of nutmeg and black currant. We also detected hints of black tea, dried herbs, and Skoal. The finish is dry, and its refined tannins are nicely prolonged. The Panel would pair this Cab with the grilled wild boar tenderloin from Jiko at Disney's Animal Kingdom lodge, beef brisket, or with short ribs. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A big mountain wine with high minerality, silky tannins and bold structure. Full frontal black fruit and blue fruit undertones are encapsulated within a moist, earthy, redwood forest influence in the mid-pallet, that slips down through a long and polished finish, with a lasting creamy mouthfeel. Wonderfully agile and integrated herbaceousness. Surprisingly approachable for a young BIG wine!
