Wine Review: This opaque and pitch black colored Cote du Rhone opens with a pleasing blackberry and blueberry bouquet with a hint of vanilla oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused gentle blackberry with notes of black raspberry and black licorice in the background. The finish is quite dry and its moderate sticky tannins linger and last for quite a while. This wine would pair well with steak tips or gourmet burgers. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Classic Cotes du Rhone, this wine is produced from organically grown grapes. Grenache and Syrah complement each other in this soft wine with aromas of red fruit and Garrigue. The finish is velvety. Organic is good!
