Wine Review: This pale straw-colored white blend from Cotes du Rhone opens with fragrant ripe honeydew melon and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a blend of lime, chalky minerality and green apple. I also detected some hints of green tea. The finish is nicely extended. This wine would pair well with baked haddock. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pretty pale-yellow color with aqua green undertones. The nose is very delicate with notes of white flowers, lime blossom and citrus zest. Beautifully round and full of freshness on the palate, this wine develops elegant floral and slightly buttery notes. Serve with grilled fish or bouillabaisse.
