Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with shy black currant bouquet with hints of pencil lead, black cherry, blueberry and lavender. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, smooth and very approachable. The flavor profile is a graphite influenced black currant and cedar blend. We also detected notes of Earl grey tea along with hints of blueberry and chocolate. It is very complex, and its flavors keep changing. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins show nice length. The Panel would pair this Cab with a grilled veal chop. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: An elegant perfume of mixed berries, baking spice, dried lavender and thyme open onto a full palate layered with expansive mixed berry, black tea, toasted oak and spice flavors. Focused and fresh, fine grained tannins support the wine throughout, while the finish is silky, long and lifted.
