Wine Review: This medium straw-colored blend opens with a fragrant lychee, white peach and ginger bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round and the wine is quite mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a gentle grapefruit and lime zest blend with notes of ginger, lychee and white peach pit. There is also a hint of asparagus at the very end. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would serve this wine slightly chilled on a warm summer's day. I would pair it with grilled swordfish kabobs. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: An elegant blend of 60% Old Vine Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Gewurztraminer and 10% Chardonnay, this wine, expertly choreographed from grape to bottle by winemaker Phillip Baxter, offers a sophisticated vibrancy with excellent balance. On the palate, bright grapefruit marries with gentle hints of white peach and citrus blossom. Fresh, soft florals add delicate perfume and grace, while nuances of marmalade on the mid-palate contribute additional depth and complexity to the mouthfeel. Stone-fruit and barely-ripe strawberry share a lively dance on the lingering mineral finish.
