Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Pinot Grigio from Ferrari Carano opens with a honeydew melon, pear and honeysuckle bouquet a hint of lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, soft yet crisp, lively and displays bright acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime, granny smith apple and pear blend. This dry Pinot Grigio is very versatile and would pair well with mussels at your favorite waterfront bistro on a hot summer afternoon. - Karen & Stuart
