Wine Review: This light straw-colored Pinot Grigio from Ferrari Carano opens with an inviting citrus, lemon, and grapefruit bouquet with floral notes. The medium body is smooth, crisp and fresh with balanced acidity. The flavor profile is a lemon-lime, grapefruit, coconut, and green apple blends with notes of dried herbs. The dry finish lingers and fades away nicely. I would recommend pairing this Sonoma County Pinot Grigio with shrimp scampi over linguini. - Joe

Winemaker Notes: This wine is the definition of what Pinot Grigio should be. Bright and refreshing. The wine opens with notes of honeysuckle, lychee, and lemon-lime. The palate delivers a refreshing acidity coupled with flavors of white peach, orange blossom and a touch of minerality. Pinot Grigio is perfect as an aperitif.
