Wine Review: This pale pink colored Rose offering from Cotes de Provence opens with a very inviting strawberry and watermelon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced gentle strawberry and vanilla blend with hints of watermelon and cashew. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This versatile Rose would pair nicely with grilled tequila-lime shrimp. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Haedus 2017 has a soft pink-rose color, with clear peach highlights. The nose is very delicate, with red berry notes: raspberry and strawberry in particular, but also white fruits and currant complimented by citrus fruits. The palate is straightforward, with a very nice freshness.
