Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chard opens with a mild petrol and light green blend. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced, and shows nicely integrated acidity. The flavor profile is a tasty Bosc pear with notes of light oak. There is also a hint of vanilla that was detected in the background. The finish was dry. I would pair this very nice Chard with Chicken Cordon Bleu. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This award winning Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay displays a beautiful light straw color and exhibits aromas of pear, apple, honey, vanilla, yellow peach and a touch of oak. Pear, citrus, apple, and lemon cream flavors are combined with pastry, vanilla and baking spices on the mouth. This well balanced Chardonnay has good acidity and a nice creamy finish.
