Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling from Fess Parker opens with mild lime and quince like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, a little acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild ripe peach and honey with hints of nectarine, pineapple, and honeydew melon. The finish is off-dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Riesling would pair well shrimp egg rolls. Enjoy - Ken
