Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Fess Parker is a good value. It opens with a strawberry and cherry-cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty strawberry and cola blend with notes of gentle black cherry. I also detected a hint of oak mixed in. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. I would pair this very nice Pinot with a pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
