Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a grilled mushroom, black plum, and forest floor bouquet with hints of blackberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel balanced, delicate, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a loam, black cherry, and spiced black plum blend with notes of oak and a hint of graphite. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This wine benefits from aeration. We would recommend decanting it in the near terms and serving it with a cedar plank salmon. Enjoy - Ken
