Wine Review: This slightly cloudy and ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a violet and craisin bouquet with hints of menthol, orange, and Earl Grey tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and young. The flavor profile is a cedar, green olive, and red plum blend with notes of black cherry, boysenberry, Earl Grey tea and vanilla. The finish is dry, and its flavors and well-managed gentle tannins subtly fade away. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with a Silver Palate chicken marbella. Enjoy – KWGTP
