Wine Review: This translucent and bright light-yellow Chardonnay from Flanagan opens with an inviting pineapple and toasted coconut bouquet with hints of lemon verbena. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, clean, round, and seamless. The flavor profile is a tasty pineapple and lemon tea blend with stony minerality and Anjou pear. I also detected some hints of white grapefruit and saline along with a faint touch of oak. The finish is dry, refreshing, and mouthwatering. Theresa and I enjoyed this wine with our Valentine's Day dinner. It paired perfectly with my butternut squash ravioli and grilled chicken with a parmesan cheese and fresh chiffonade sage cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
