Wine Review: This dark purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon is a good value. On the nose we detected oak, smoke, black cherry, red raspberry and black pepper. We found this wine to be medium bodied with flavors of strewed plums, black cherry and vegetable notes along with some hints of black pepper and oak. There were light pleasant tannins on the finish. We would serve this Cab with burgers on the grill. - Karen & Stuart

Winemaker Notes: Our rich, smooth and full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has deep blue and black fruit on the palate with cocoa powder and vanilla notes. Additionally, there are warm spice components, like nutmeg and cassis. The tannins are integrated and the wine ends with a long and velvety finish. Pair this Cabernet Sauvignon with a blue cheese burger.
