Wine Review: This light straw-colored Chardonnay opens with a lime and light white peach bouquet with hints of pineapple and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and seamless. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced lemon verbena with notes of green tea and light oak. We also detect hints of pineapple and Anjou pear. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. We would pair this refreshing Chard with a seafood casserole or a seafood stew. Enjoy - KWGTP
