Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a pleasant mild cantaloupe and light lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and citrusy. The flavor profile is a very mild green apple with delicate mineral, apricot, and green melon influences. The finish is dry and fresh. It would also be easy to pair this wine with food. I would match it with bacon wrapped shrimp off the grill. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pineapple and stone fruit dominate the vibrant aromatics of this wine. Fresh, crisp, and clean on the palate, the acidity of the wine accentuates the tropical fruit and lingering finish.
