Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc based wine opens with a gooseberry bouquet with hints of lime and wet slate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and a tad sweet. The flavor profile is a mild grapefruit with a dusting of sugar and hints of minerality and Anjou pear. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. Enjoy - Ken
