Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant vanilla oak and lemon meringue bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, pleasantly acidic and mouthwatering for a Chard. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon and vanilla oak blend. I also detected hints of pineapple and peach. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. I would pair this Chard with chicken and wild mushroom ravioli in a mild cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
