Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Fritz opens fragrant strawberry bouquet with hints of plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty red plum and mild mineral blend with hints of mild craisin and a touch of cinnamon. The finish is dry and its mild tannins drift away nicely. This Pinot is would pair well takeout-style Chinese spare ribs. Enjoy – Ken
