Wine Review: This straw-colored Chardonnay from Fritz opens with a lemon and pineapple bouquet with a hint of mango. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is an oak influenced pineapple with notes of minerality, lemon and white peach. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chard would pair well with pasta carbonara.
