Wine Review: This little gem is a splendid summer white that hits all the right buttons. From the ripe fruit flavors to the slightest hint of sugar to the fresh and zippy acidity, this Riesling is firing on all cylinders. The nose is a bouquet of wildflowers with hints of papaya and pineapple. On the palate, the flowers are overshadowed by ripe apples, peaches, apricots, and pineapples. The richness and sweetness are deceiving because of all of the fresh acidity, but it is there in the background. At the moment this wine shows bright with crisp flavors over sweeter ones. But if you allow this bottle to sit for a few years, it will develop and should display candied fruits and aged honey flavors. - Nicolay
