Wine Review: This straw-colored Grenache Blanc from Paso Robles opens with a mild Anjou pear and honeysuckle bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, viscous and bright. The flavor profile is an Anjou pear, saline and crushed stone blend with notes of white pepper. I also detected some hints of green apple and green plum mixed in. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this very nice Grenache Blanc with broiled halibut. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine is crisp and delicious as we kept it from going through secondary fermentation. A great mid palate from the majority being fermented in concrete is complemented with stone fruits and beautiful aromatics.
