Wine Review: This clear and pale coral colored Rosato from G.D. Vajra opens with a watermelon and lime bouquet with hints of peach. On the palate this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, fresh, and bright. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and lime blend with notes of green tea and ruby grapefruit. I also detected hints of tart cherry. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this versatile Rose with a chilled shrimp cocktail. It did not last long. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2024 Rosabella has a bright peach pink color. The nose reveals delicate notes of orange blossoms, blood orange, peach, fresh strawberries, fanée rose petals and a hint of Oriental spices. The palate resonates with the same aromatics, with beautiful balance and reminiscences of crunchy apple and white pepper. The 2024 is set to deliver a wine of fresh aromatics, moderate alcohol level, and irresistible drinkability.
