Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Galerie is very nice. It opens with mild gooseberry bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and round. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused light yellow grapefruit with hints of faint vanilla oak and lime. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Sauvignon Blanc is food friendly and would pair well with swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2016 Galerie Equitem is a pale-yellow wine with a powerful aromatic intensity that shows notes of sweet vanilla bean, white wild flowers, green melon, ripe grapefruit and lime zest.
