Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a very inviting spearmint bouquet with hints of tangerine, fresh cut hay, pineapple and quince. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with plus acidity. We also found it to be juicy and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is tart lemon and saline blend with notes of chalky minerality, green tea and white peach. We also detected hints of white pepper and mango. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with chicken lo-mein at the beach, asparagus risotto, or with Vietnamese chicken pho soup. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This beautiful and classic wine boasts inviting aromas of ripe pineapple, yellow peach, creamy lemon tart and candied ginger. The delightfully crisp and dry mid-palate bursts with notes of white peach, Meyer lemon and fresh honeycomb. All of these flavors are framed by a refreshing minerality on the back palate. While a delight on its own, the textured structure of this wine also makes it great for enjoying with lighter foods and exotic cuisine.
