Wine Review: The copperish purple colored Pinot Noir from Switzerland opens with a black cherry and worn leather bouquet with a hint of fog. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced with very delicate soft edges. The flavor profile is a mild black cherry and gentle oak blend with notes of faint minerality. I also detected hints of black tea mixed in. The finish is dry and its mild tannins drift away nicely. I would suggest pairing elegant Pinot Noir with an herbed chicken dish. Enjoy – Ken
