Wine Review: This medium yellow colored Riesling opens with a honeydew, ash, and lemon-lime bouquet with hints of ginger ale and gardenia, On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, brisk, fresh, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a white peach and saline blend with notes of gentle stony minerality, grapefruit, and lime zest. We also detected hints of ginger and tangerine. The finish is slightly-off dry, crisp, and rather refreshing. We would pair this Riesling with grilled swordfish kabobs or with prosciutto wrapped melon. Enjoy – Ken & Mark
Winemaker Notes: Bright pale yellow, enticing aromas of yellow fruits, hay, wet stone, and sweet spiciness. On the palate there is an impressive complexity paired with hints of tannin and strong acidity. A connection between concentration and lightness.
