Wine Review: This Burgundy white wine presents with pale gold color and aromas of lemon balm, lemon oil and dried thyme. On the palate, the wine is medium in body with a juicy citrus flavor core and crisp minerality. It is balanced with well managed acidity and nicely integrated oak. Its jaunty flavors carry on nicely with a spicy note on exit. Consider pairing this very easy drinking Chard with pan-seared gnocchi and a sage brown butter sauce. - Jeoff

Winemaker Notes: The 2018 Macon-Villages portrays a brilliant pale gold color. It has nice complex aromas, white flowers (acacia), anise, citrus notes, lemon peel. It is fresh and clean on the palate, with a bright acidity. Best paired with appetizers, fish tacos, shrimp ceviche or goat cheese salad.
