Wine Review: This very pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with pleasant mild grapefruit and gooseberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and has a round mouthfeel. I also think its nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a mild grapefruit and mineral blend with hints of tangerine and Bosc pear. The finish is refreshingly dry and shows nice length. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair nicely with grilled swordfish steaks. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2016 Centa Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is light bodied with crisp acidity and an elegantly long finish. A nose full of tropical fruits, lemon peel and citrus gives way to a light, but immensely flavorful body bursting with mouthwatering green apple, pear and lychee notes.
