Wine Review: This pale straw-colored "Unoaked" Chardonnay from Glenelly is very nice. It opens with a pineapple and green apple bouquet with a whiff of ash at the onset. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with pleasant acidity. It also has a refreshing feel. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced green apple and tangerine with notes of white pepper with a hint of mango. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. Designed to pair well with food, this Chard would match nicely with chicken piccata with artichokes. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Glass Collection Chardonnay has a bright and brilliant color with a slight green hue. The wine displays complex aromas of citrus peel, lemon, ripe pear and flint. On the palate there is a gorgeous round texture with wonderful length and intense citrus fruit and mineral complexity.
