Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant butter cream and ripe pear bouquet with hints of honey and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. We also found it to be bright with smooth and silky palate coverage. The flavor profile is similar to the nose. It features butter cream, pear, and rich oak with notes of vanilla. We also detected some hints of lemon and pineapple in the blend. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity fade away slowly. The Panel would pair this Chard with sautéed shrimp with a lemon cream sauce or with grilled red snapper with a lemon caper sauce. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The "Estate Reserve" Chardonnay has floral aromas with baked apple, singed orange rind and warm toasted nuts. A harmony of notes of apple, mint, heather, and spiced butter are on the palate which is all supported by a vivid acidity. The flavors of pie crust and toasted apple linger to a mouthwatering finish.
