Wine Review: Another fine effort from the Gloria Ferrer Winery in Sonoma. This Sonoma sparkler has the slightest touch of copper to it if held in the right light. This visual cue may be what leads me to find notes of clementines and strawberries alongside the typical Granny smith apples and Asian pear. The bubbles are mouth-coating and the finish medium in length. Like the Sonoma Brut, this wine is a Swiss Army Knife and holds up well on its own, mixed in a cocktail, paired with an array of seafood or with a fruit salad. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: This blush sparkler has bright strawberry and black cherry aromas with subtle vanilla highlights. Creamy cherry, lemon and cola flavors combine with a lush palate, lively bubbles and a persistent finish. Outstanding with crab, Thai cuisine or roast pork.
