Wine Review: This clear and coral colored Rosé from Grgich Hills opens with a ruby grapefruit and apricot pit bouquet with hints of lime zest. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, and zesty. The flavor profile is a mild strawberry, white pepper, and grapefruit blend with notes of stony minerality and lime zest. We also detected hints of white peach and saline. The finish is dry and is flavors and acidity linger slightly. I would pair this Rosé with grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
