Wine Review: This brilliant white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc from Groth opens with a white grapefruit pith and lime zest bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, very smooth, seamless, and graceful. The flavor profile is gooseberry and nectarine blend with notes of gentle lime and green tea. I also detected hints of saline, ginger, and chalky minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would pair this very food friendly Sauvignon Blanc with baked dover sole. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Sunny lemon-yellow in color with bright aromas of honeydew melon, green apple, pear nectar and beeswax. Crisp and refreshing citrus and melon flavors lead to a long and juicy finish that leaves you craving another sip.
